For centuries, drag queens have been persecuted and oppressed minorities and this has only gotten worse after Trump became president. Now, innocent drag connoisseurs are being discriminated against left, right and center. This can go on no longer. It’s time for drag queens to get the representation they deserve and we here at NPC Daily are about to tell you why.

Many drag queens have to put up with bigotry every day at the hands of alt right Neo-Nazis

Firstly, people of drag possess a unique, diverse and dynamic culture that takes years of dedication and practice to fully master. This is why many brave drag queens have taken to our schools with the goal of educating young persons of unassumed gender about their way of life. Many fascists call this child abuse but we here at NPC Daily believe that these children must be gifted with the sacred knowledge of drag as they are the next generation of drag queens. Only a homophobic bigot would deny these children their rightful destinies.

NPC Daily reporters managed to interview a voluptuous drag queen of size called Lady Hamburgetta and asked her about drag representation.

OMG! YASSSS QUEEN! I’m so sick of all these nasty straight men harassing me every day. It’s so awful, I just literally can’t even. It’s literally 2019 and they still order me to act like a real man. They even have the audacity to say that my beautiful rolls are unhealthy. Like btch please! My life goal is to be the first diabetic drag queen of size to become president and when I do, all men will have to wear drag. That’ll teach those fcking Nazis!

Drag rights activists like Lady Hamburgetta are making a difference in the fight against intolerance.

A great deal of courage is required to be a drag queen and this becomes much more apparent when you look at the diverse myriad of drag queen cultures. There are pansexual transgender drag queens, disabled gender fluid drag queens, transracial otherkin drag queens and even animal drag queens. The list goes on and it’s pivotal that each of these boxes get ticked off, not just in Hollywood but in politics as well.

It’s important to recognise just how important representation is in our society and some groups like drag queens deserve much more attention. From their daring, brave culture to their bold, fierce activism, it won’t be long until drag queens finally receive their time in the spotlight.

Drag lives matter.
