If you look at the ratings of the Captain Marvel movie, you’ll quickly see that it has received more negative reviews and ratings in a faster time than any other Marvel movie in history. Some people think that it’s because of the comments and input given by the lead actress, Brie Larson, but according to study after study conducted by NPC Daily on a series of die hard liberals, Captain Marvel was lacking in positive reviews due to its lack of diversity.
As we thoroughly covered in Captain Marvel isn’t a transgender person of color and that’s problematic, this would have been Marvel’s and Disney’s golden opportunity to make a truly diverse and progressive superhero for the MC universe. They refused to. We said it would be problematic for them, and look what happened – predictably low ratings.
You’d think for an iconic movie released on International Women’s Day, that the movie would be as inclusive and progressive as the holiday suggests. Alas, it was not. Perhaps producers and writers should listen to the studies made by liberal think tanks because Captain Marvel is a perfect example of what happens when you don’t.
Unless we see a everyone who was killed off in Avengers: Infinity War resurrected as a transgender person of color in Avengers: Endgame, we can only assume that Marvel is full of racist bigoted homophobes who hate women and Mexicans. There’s still hope but at this point, it’s as low as Captain Marvel’s ratings.
