As we all know, vaping is the harmless activity with no serious health drawbacks. Vaping is popular among the LGBTQ community and is often used as a kind of “smoke signal” to let the world know that they most certainly are not heterosexual or cis-gendered. Trump’s ban on vaping is an outright attack on the LGBTQ community.
It’s no secret that the Trump administration is among the most anti-gay administrations to have ever taken the white house. We know this because of Chick-Fil-A and Mike Pence. We’ve heard and reported on the fact that Chick-Fil-A and Mike Pence carry a writhing hatred for the LGBTQ community and the fact that Trump wants to ban vaping for “health concerns” is abhorrent.
Banning vapes is exactly the same as banning the rainbow flag. Vaping and our LGBTQ identities go hand-in-hand. If Trump takes away our method of letting the world know our LGBTQ alignment, that’s one stop away from banning the LGBTQ community as a whole. We cannot stand for this.

Many brave liberals are standing up to Trump’s homophobic vape-ban proposition so there’s a chance he may not get away with this. Some say there is an inconsistency between not banning fully semi-automatic assault rifles which kill millions of children each day in America and banning a harmless water vapor device. Though this is a sound argument, a stronger case is most definitely the fact that vaping is an method of LGBTQ expression and banning it outright is a way to suppress and oppress the LGBTQ community.
